¹⁰ For the ^[a](A)wrath of man shall praise You;
With a remnant of wrath You will gird Yourself.

^11 (B)Make vows to Yahweh your God and ^(C)pay them;
Let all who are around Him ^(D)bring gifts to the Fearsome One.
¹² He will cut off the spirit of princes;
He is ^[b](E)feared by the kings of the earth.
